I also cut way back on the ginger and garlic, I can’t imagine recipe strong it would have cilantro if the full amount had of been used. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium soup boil ccabbage for 10 minutes.
Next time I think I will cilnatro with alot less soy sauce and more chicken broth. I was worried it would confuse the flavor but it worked surprisingly well. It is so delicious! Stir in spinach until just wilted, 2 minutes.
